Legal conflicts are not only unpleasant, they also consume substantial time and resources. Therefore, our firm specializes in managing legal disputes in an efficient and economically sensible manner. In doing so, we not only draw on our many years of experience and sound legal expertise; also, through attentive listening and empathy, we quickly get to the heart of the problem.
Our approach is holistic: clear language and open communication at the outset of legal transactions and the implementation of projects minimize potential for conflict significantly. If a dispute does arise, we develop the best possible starting position for our clients. This also makes it easier to reach out-of-court settlements. Depending on the case, mediation or other forms of ADR can be used to reach a binding result in a cost-effective manner. If litigation or arbitration is unavoidable, we fiercely engage on behalf of our clients. However, we remain fair, also in order to enable our clients to continue an amicable relationship with the respective opposing party once the proceedings are over.
In all of this, we always keep an eye on economic viability of our actions. Legal disputes are never an end in themselves, but should bring advantages for our clients. In this context, our transparent fee structure is also important to keep the costs predictable for our clients.

1. We listen to you! We agree on a budget.
In an initial meeting, we work out whether and how our firm can assist you. In doing so, we listen carefully and get a comprehensive picture of your situation by asking specific questions. We also discuss the necessary budget for our cooperation and reach a fee arrangement that fits your specific situation. Before that, there are no costs for you.
2. Where are we? What do you need?
Then we analyse the case or project to the agreed extent. This provides us with a sound basis for decision-making, on the basis of which we can develop a joint strategy. In the process, we also define a timeline that corresponds to your needs.
3. We implement the strategy. We keep you informed.
Lastly, we commence with the implementation. Depending on the case, we deliver the agreed products or take the necessary steps. In doing so, we always keep you informed and advise you on upcoming decisions. We are not only telling you your options, from us you receive a specific recommendation. The goal is always an efficient solution to the problem at hand.

Fee structure
sustainable, fair, flexible
We want you to be content with our services on a long-term basis. Our clients appreciate this approach. Therefore, we devise our cooperation in a sustainable manner. This emphasis on sustainability becomes particularly apparent in our fee arrangements. We jointly work out which fee model fits your needs. The possibilities are manifold: hourly rates, lump sums, Austrian statutory attorney’s fees or even (as far as legally permissible) success components. You will be regularly informed about the status of the accrued costs and thus keep an overview. The fees are itemized and can therefore be easily tracked.
We provide legal services at the highest level. Since this quality also has its value, we do not offer free consultations. However, you will not incur any costs until we have reached a fee arrangement. Until we have clarified your needs in our initial meeting and you have agreed to a concrete fee agreement, we will of course not charge anything. Depending on your needs, the level of detail in which we work for you can also be scaled down. We are happy to discuss various assignment packages in the initial meeting, which differ in intensity and thus also in costs. The aim is to make our cooperation economically viable for both sides and to offer you added value through high-quality legal expertise.
